Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it! We operate on a “Transparency First” policy. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please inspect the product in front of the delivery agent. If it doesn’t meet your expectations or matches the description, you can return it right then and there.

While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen during transit. If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, simply show it to the delivery agent and return it immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for pre-paid orders. Please note that once the delivery agent leaves, we cannot accept further claims for physical damage.

  • Inside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 48 to 72 hours.

  • Outside Dhaka: We ship via reputed courier services, and you can expect your package within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Note: You will receive a confirmation call or SMS once your order is processed.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you change your mind after 24 hours or when the delivery agent arrives at your door, you may still cancel the order. However, in these cases, the customer is required to pay the delivery charge to the agent, and the product must remain unopened and in its original condition.
